I am starting this thread to connect with other students who are applying to get into SHSU nursing program this upcoming fall. I applied last Fall but unfourtunatley my application was lost due to technical difficulties( most likely from the hurricane). Anyways feel free to post any scores, questions, or knowledge you have in regards to the program!

I just got my acceptance e-mail about 30 minutes ago. :)

Gpa - 3.8 cumulative & 3.5 math/science

TEAs - Math 97 & Reading 81

This was my first time applying. I got waitlisted at UTH but Sam was my first choice as I live in The Woodlands

Were you accepted on the 11th or the 9th? I haven't heard back so I'm trying to see if they're going to do waves of acceptances.

For TEAS? I think it was like a 78 in science. Overall TEAS was an 89.

Anyone who was waitlisted get an acceptance yet since the Invitation Deadline passed yesterday?
