Sacramento State (CSUS) Fall 2014 Applicants

Hi All!

I'm currently applying for Sac state nursing fall 2014 as a transfer student. I'll have approximately 72 pts by the time of application. I cant wait for april/may to hear the results!

And yes V916, as kikafed mentioned it is required if you get accepted.

Finally some info!

"Based on student-reported data, the applicant ranked 80 has 76 points—the applicant ranked 120 has 71 points. We anticipate the cut-score will be slightly lower when we have completed the evaluation process, but we regret it will be higher than previous semesters."

I'm not going to celebrate quite yet, but it sounds like I will be above the point cut off unless I managed to completeley misunderstand the point calculation. It sounds like as long as you have 71 you are at least an alternate!

Kikafed and Lindsey, I didn't know that, thanks for the info. I'm going to look into that. BTW Sac State send out an email today and everyone should check it out (I was looking forward to getting a letter of acceptance instead??:)

OMG! I think I may either have 79 points or 76 points depending on whether they take my volunteer experience... either way this is good news for me

For those of you that applied to stan state, check your mail! I just got my acceptance letter.

Congrats, I also got into cstan! Sac is still my first choice though . I guess we'll have to submit our intent to enroll before we find out about sac, since it's due 4/11 and we won't find out about sac until 4/30.

I believe the deadline is May 1st to send in our intent to enroll... Gosh, they are really cutting it close with the tentative 4/30 announcement.
