Rutgers Accelerated Nursing- Fall 2015 (Newark)

Wow, seems like no one is applying here or maybe we just have a lot of readers. In any case i hope to apply for the accelerated nursing program for Fall 2015. originally, it was to be Spring 2016 because i haven't finished prereqs but I'm hoping to be done next spring (of 2015) and hoping they extend the deadline. Anyone else?!!

That is the number I just called and they said the admission committee finished the applications. They will be mailing and emailing decisions by the end of this week.

Yup I also confirmed that by the end of this week we should know. I am super excited! Fingers crossed. I was admitted to another school out of state already but they start in August and let us know at the end of June. Best of luck to everyone.

Just called and they said they have NOT finished making decisions yet. They hope to be done by the end of the week but not forsure.

Omg talk about mixed msgs. I was just feeling good that at least they made decisions now smh

Admissions committee has "finished" making decisions but they haven't "finalized" it which means they haven't told the admissions office. It shouldn't take that long to review applicants, i have seen schools getting far more applicants that Rutgers and they process applicants faster. I think they are just stalling and don't have enough people.

I'm looking at apartments out of state this weekend, so I hope we hear something this week.

Alright people. Try to refrain calling today (as I will try lol) so they get a chance to get things done and mail the letters. I emailed this morning and they said they received decisions today (finally), so they will be working on mailing them I assume.

Would they send a "sorry you weren't accepted" letter the same time they send the acceptance letters?
