It's a little less than a month-and-a-half from the application due date for both campuses, and I'm up in the wee hours doing my best to ensure all the requirements are ticked off on my checklists
I was unable to apply for the incoming Fall 2015 cohort, as I had more than three pre-reqs pending, but I'm hopeful to attend Rutgers' Newark campus in the spring. Anyone else excited/scared/unnerved with the application process (especially with NursingCAS; even with an upgrade to 3.0, it still does not seem any more intuitive), or has already completed it? Also, what are your interim plans while waiting for decisions?
After being a bit of stalker on the other threads (sorry!), I'm also hoping it won't turn into the debacle that has happened with the Fall 2015 acceptance letters... although,I might have just jinxed that, and maybe with an application deadline extension, to boot!

I also got a financial letter yesterday in the mail for Newark. I wont be able to check my mail to later this evening. hopefully the financial letter was a good sign. *Cross Fingers*
For those of you who have gotten WAITLISTED e-mail, please re-check your postal mail because you might be after all have been accepted in the program. I got a waitlisted e-mail in NB campus only (11/4). On 11/5, I got a postal mail for financial aid and lifted my hopes a bit. Today (11/6), I got 2 acceptance letters in 2 different postal mail letters for NB and Newark campuses. Heads up for all the applicants!
Congratulations! For those of you accepted would you mind sharing your stats?
I had A's in all the required pre-reqs, except Stat which was a C or C+ (hate math!). 3.4 GPA undergrad from LaSalle University and 6 months of volunteering at Riverview Medical Center.
for those who received an acceptance letter after a waitlist email, are you going to call Rutgers and ask why that happened ?? That's so weird! I'm wait listed but haven't received an actual letter in the mail yet.
Lizzie, same here. I was thinking about calling first thing on Monday. Maybe we can get a definitive answer if we both call and are assertive? Ive been at work since 1pm today so Im not sure if I received a letter from rutgers but I doubt it because I had my dad check. I hope there's a chance that we get accepted like the person a few posts back who said she was waitlisted but then got an acceptance and financial aid package!

Just checked the mail and received an acceptance letter to the Newark program! Anyone else?! Can wait to meet the rest of the cohort :)
