Hey, has anyone applied to or started the process with Roseman University for the Spring 2018 cohort? I know that the application opens next Friday, but I just wanted to see who all is planning on applying. Has anyone gotten an invitation for an interview yet? I will be applying to the Las Vegas campus. Also, what are your TEAS score, last 60-unit GPA, and prerequisite GPA?
Is there anyone here who currently attends Roseman and can tell me how it is?
Can someone ask their Advisor exactly how many people have been accepted into the Utah campus? Or is it still too early?
There haven't been any acceptances offered yet, to my knowledge. We were told the earliest we would know is 9/29 (tomorrow). For October, Utah still had open seats so I wouldn't stress too much about Utah filling up. :)
There's a discussion thread here on the October cohort that might be interesting for you to read though as there's some discussion of NV vs UT and people being offered spots in other cohorts: https://allnurses.com/online-nursing-schools/roseman-university-las-1095726.html

Do you mind letting us know if you get an acceptance? I'm nervous about Utah filling up too!
Best of luck!!!
If you went to the first round of interviews, then there is probably a 90% chance you all will get accepted, but if you're planning on going to the second or third interview, then more than likely you will have to either: roll over to the next cohort, waitlist, or go to the Utah campus. I heard that the less people apply for the February cohort anyways, so your chances of getting accepted are slightly higher, but yet again I'm sure each cohort is different.
I applied for the October cohort and did the second round of interviews, but I had to roll over my application for this February because the cohort was already full. The admissions committee didn't even have the third round of interviews. I belive many other people that went to the second interviews rolled over their application to the next cohort too because no one wanted to go to Utah and it was strongly advised not to waitlist. I think there was 30-35 people at the interview that I went to.
Which campus did you rollover to? And it's good to hear that less people apply for February. So to get this straight, there are only 3 rounds of interviews (September, October, November) right? I'm retaking my TEAS exam (hoping to score advanced this time) so that I can go to the November interview in Utah. I heard the September interview in Utah only had 15 people so hopefully the November one has the same or less Lol. I originally wanted to go to Vegas for February but clearly that campus is way to popular.

Yes, there are only three round of interviews. I applied to the one in Las Vegas. If you currently live in Vegas, I would recommend staying and reapply because the cost of living and the expense of moving is a lot. You honestly need a 70% and get above a 3.0 GPA to get admitted. I would not say one school is easier than the other as far as getted accepted goes because it's the same school and they will not lower their expectations.

I wrote about a page and a half (I have large handwriting). I think a lot of people wrote about one page. It's not regular notebook paper, it's a print out with their header so I'd guess less than 300 words.
They don't tell you your score right away. We gave our samples to our interviewer, who reviewed it & scored it after the interview. It's only worth like 12 points so not much compared to the TEAS and GPA.
