Application period has just opened for the October cohort so I figured I should start a thread to see how many people are interested right now!
All questions, comments, and concerns about the program and interview process are welcome to be put down below in this thread.

She also mentioned that we would have to resubmit another application through NursingCAS because of the new cycle, but it won't be up until next month.
If we don't get to resubmit another application through NursingCAS til next month, do you think that means we won't even have a chance to do this upcoming interview in September?
Here’s a FB group for the South Jordan cohort if you guys want to join! https://www.facebook.com/groups/1334055196759390/?ref=share

I don’t see how a sept interview will be possible as our files have not been reviewed yet — and with the delay of the rollover application. It’s crazy. I was also told that rollovers are not given any priority, but have the advantage of applying early.
Hi all!
I was wondering what the pre-reqs are required for the ABSN program? What is the passing grade requirement for each pre-req?For example, some schools consider C a passing grade for their pre-req classes, I was wondering if Roseman was any different.
Also, looking at everyone's stats makes me a little nervous. I don't think my GPA for my pre-reqs is that competitive, mine is at 3.0... Have yet to take the TEAS. Does anyone know people that got accepted to the ABSN program with a lower GPA?
Thank you in advance for your answers!

Hello!
Have you spoken with an ABSN advisor yet at Roseman? If not, I would recommend it. They are very helpful.
On the website, is the info for the pre-reqs:
https://acceleratednursing.roseman.edu/admissions/requirements-prerequisites/
An advisor can discuss your grades, GPA, and TEAS scores to determine your competitiveness. The advisor I had suggested a 75% on the TEAS is competitive. Naturally, the higher everything is, the better. However, don’t let this stop you from applying.
I have been rolled-over for review to the next cohort, but my GPA is 3.4 and my TEAS is 76%. I was told by Roseman that those scores are competitive. I think the earlier you apply, the better your chances.
Best of luck!

I got accepted with a 3.0 cumulative gpa. You can msg me if you want more details on my stats and what I did to compensate for the lower gpa.
Hello everyone,
Has everyone decided what location to live in when school starts? I'm deciding on whether to live really close to campus so it would be a nice brief 5 minute drive or somewhere further away where rent is much cheaper such as SLC.
Any location recommendations and why?
Thanks,
Daniel

SJ was not my top choice either. I was hoping for Henderson.
