ROSEMAN ABSN Summer 2021

Hi all! I couldn't find any threads for Roseman's July 2021 cohort so thought I would start one. I am from California and applying to the Henderson NV campus. I know applications don't open until December 1st, but thought I would get a jump on this since many of us are getting application stuff together. Feel free to share stats, advice, or anything else! 

The school sent email about the Compolio package to School email on May 5th.
Have you checked your Roseman email ??

got it sorted out. Thanks! According to package detail, immunization package titled Roseman Henderson Student Nursing Package 24 months includes a background check.

Hi! I haven't gotten anything regarding this. I'm guessing it's only for the June cohort? I'm in the August one!

Did you guys pick "on ground" or "online" for the type of program? Or it does not matter since it is hybrid?

Online for hybrid I suppose? I got confirmation from my advisor to order the immunization packet and a background check

So it’s not just the immunization package correct? We do that big immun pkg plus add the background on ?

I emailed the D. Laffee, Roseman person but no response yet

I believe so.  I did immunization package and background check.

Does anyone know if Roseman offers CPR training or do we have to complete that on our own before we start school?

In the clinical info packet on page 5, they said they will provide CPR training.  Here is the copy directly from the clinical packet: “3. A copy of current American Heart Association CPR card - CPR – Provider Basic Life Support, Healthcare Provider (BLS-HCP); An American Heart Association BLS class will be provided by Roseman ONLY American Health Association certification is accepted.”

I asked and they said we will be doing the CPR training at the beginning of block 2. So no need to do it in your own.
