ROSEMAN ABSN Summer 2021

Hi all! I couldn't find any threads for Roseman's July 2021 cohort so thought I would start one. I am from California and applying to the Henderson NV campus. I know applications don't open until December 1st, but thought I would get a jump on this since many of us are getting application stuff together. Feel free to share stats, advice, or anything else!

No, It was something about walk in advertisement sessions that we can sign up for. It wasn’t a confirmation. Did you get a reminder?

I interviewed twice- once last year and this most recent round as well.  Best advice I can give- just go over the questions so you can be sure to answer what they ask instead of rambling .... easy questions posted on multiple forums - I was only asked questions from the list students mentioned in these discussion boards. The person doing interview was super chill (one professor one student) lasted about 7 mins maybe 5 questions . REVIEW THE QUESTIONS . That’s all I would do.

I haven't gotten a reminder yet! But that's weird, I didn't get that email either. Maybe I'll be getting it later today

Yes I did to the South Jordan campus ? really wanted Henderson but its all good. I also went over their mission statement and goals and asked a question to them related to one of their goals at the end of the interview which created more of a casual dialogue between us which was really nice. If they do ask if you have any questions at the end I would definitely have something prepared just in case ?

It wasn’t anything relating to interviews! I wouldn’t worry too much about it ☺️

Oh! I definitely need to have a question prepared! Congratulations on getting in! I live in Vegas already, so I wouldn’t be able to pick up and move my whole family! I’m hoping I get accepted to Henderson. ??

I got into Henderson ! And I asked about how my responses and what he thought. I was nervous, so I can’t remember exactly how I asked. We talked a little after about my responses.

Congratulations, how exciting! Was it just one Interviewer with you?

@chocomilkcereal I had a very low GPA first time- I had to retake some courses to get almost all A’s and be more competitive .

There were 2 one that listened and the other that asked me questions !

I got a confirmation email after I accepted the interview and the written sample email, but nothing since then. Has anyone else received any more emails?
