Hi, I am a Romanian nurse and I am going to live in USA for a while. My question is: what steps do I have to take to be able to work as a RN in the USA? thank you

Welcome to Allnurses.com.................:balloons: :balloons:
There are stickies at the top of this International Forum that will assist you.
You definitely will need to take and pass the NCLEX licensing exam. Anything else will be dependent on which state that you will be working in, as well as what type of Visa that you will be coming on. If it is not a green card, you will be required to take the series of English exams, as well as get a Visa Screen Certificate to be able to get a green card on your own.
If you can give me some more information, as requested, then I can tell you exactly what you will need to do......:)
