I have worked neuro/uro, LTC, and dialysis. Not sure what I want as an RN but I'd love to try L&D or Psych.:nurse:

Congrats and good luck to everyone else!

Just what I've been looking for. I've been an LPN for 6 yrs now. I'm working full time and taking pre req's, gotta do it the slow way, but I'm getting it done.In the meantime I'm trying to find an area besides LTC or home health to work in and get a few more skills. Anybody got any good ideas?

Would love to know.

Hi everyone first time placing a reply. Well I just passed the NCLEX-PN thank God now I'm in the process of looking for work I also did the IV theraphy class and honestly it's like I have apprehensions about letting people know I do IV therapy I guess it's just jitters but I can say about myself when I am put in a certain position I do my best. I am looking into going to BC for th LPN-RN transition and I have heard that the nurses make it harder for us because they expect us to know mostly everything

Hi - I am 51 years old and in semester III LPN-ADN program and working .6 in family practice clinic.
