i hate allheart! (ok, very much dislike)
i ordered my stethoscope from them last semester and they promised it within a week. after a week, no stethoscope. i repeatedly emailed them (they have no customer service phone numbers listed anywhere on their website...now i know why). they didn't respond to several emails. so, i got clever and found the president's email address online. she said the stethoscopes were on backorder and there was nothing she could do except cancel my order. no apolgy!!! i told her that their customer service was the worst ever and that someone should have contacted me to let me know the item was on backorder and someone should've responded to my emails. her response was "i agree". again...no apology, nothing!
i would never recommend ordering anything from them. others may have had a good experience, but i think the president of the company could've done more than just agree with me (like apologize!!!!)
i ordered the same stethoscope from another company and got it (personalized) in less than a week.

that is pretty rotten. i've ordered from them several times (stethoscope, scrubs) and have never had a problem. but that is an example of bad customer service.

In the hospital you work for, are you able to wear any color srcub/outfit? Or is there a designated one for your department?
