Published

I just want to know what is the recent 2015 RN pay per hour

I'm an LPN in DE making 27/hr but when we moved from upstate NY 3 years ago I was making 14/hr

$24.50 base pay

$3 evenings 3p-11p

$5 nights and weekends

New grad ER

New Orleans area

31.30/hr base pay, 6.5 years ICU experience, Austin, TX.

WHERE IS THIS? They are giving $28 base, 2.60 diff and 4.75 nights in Cambridge for new grad. does this sound right? this is as of july 2017

Allentown, Pa area...New RNs approx $24/Hr. 10-15yrs experience as a hospital RN is approx $27-$30/Hr. Those floor nurses in my circle who have >30 yrs full time work are only at about $33-$35/ hr but have almost 8 weeks of PTO. They tell me that administrations seem to always look for excuses to get rid of those nurses..... it's really hard for a hospital floor to accommodate that kind of time off if they are lucky enough to have several seasoned nurses. Also, these nurses are usually maxed out in pay which wreaks havoc on unit budgets in these days of institutional cuts and "right-sizing".

Hello! I am also in the Allentown PA area. I was wondering if any information from your post has changed since 2015. Especially now that our two major hospital networks are growing and eating up any competition!
