RN jobs in Virginia

Hey all,

Does anyone know who is hiring in Northern Virginia? Anywhere around Fairfax, Chantilly, Reston, Arlington, McLean....you get the gist.

I'm so tired of job searching & hearing nothing back. :banghead:

I know Reston has some openings. http://restonhospital.com/ My unit PCU has openings, but they truly prefer experience!

Have you tried Spotsylvania Medical Center in which they are a part of HCA. This facility may be a year old.

Hey! thanks for the input! I checked Reston and applied to a couple positions....but catch 22: you need experience to get the job except how are you supposed to get the experience without getting the job first. Its really frustrating! Ugh!! Anyway thanks for your response I will keep trying.

You might have better luck on the medical or surgical floors! I know you can even apply to the RN2 positions at INOVA. I'm sure 99% of the ads will say experience--but apply anyways!

Pretty crazy, though- if you go to the INOVA HR webpage and just put in nursing as the category, with no other limiting factors, you get zero matches. None at all.

Yeah I've been doing just that. I applied at Reston and just received an e-mail pretty much telling me to 'have a nice day' lol I've applied to INOVA too. Lets see.... *SIGH* the search continues....

If you know anyone at Reston--contact them---Reston does have a referral system---so your friend can refer you and if they do hire you--ur friend gets $$$
