I Have Been Out Of The Hospital Setting For 5 Years. I Need A Refresher Course. I Can't Locate One In My Home Town, Full Of Colleges. Can Anyone Help So I Can Return To Work In A Hospital And Feel Confident?

I'd go to your state Board of Nursing's website and there should be a list of approved refresher courses and how to contact the schools.

Lots of "work computers" do cap every word. Anyway call the BON and find a good refresher course.
GOOGLE has:

Most Hospitals (around here anyway) are offering refresher courses to try to market themselves to the returning workforce. Ask potential employers what they offer. Sometimes orientation is long enough to cover as a refresher. Good Luck, and welcome back!

What for?
I've seen some msg boards that do that if you try to type your msg in all caps.
Still...tough to read.

Contact community colleges as well as four-year schools. If they don't have a refresher course, they might be able to refer you to one.
Also, some hospitals offer courses in return for a short-term work committment.
Have you tried Googling your location and "nursing refresher course" or something similar?
I wish you well.
