Riverside Community College Nursing Spring 2014

Published

Hello everyone. I just wanted to start the thread for all the new applicants of RCC's Nursing Program for Spring 2014. This thread is to help each other stay current with old and new information about the program. Share your thoughts about the application process, teas V preparation, acceptance, and support group. Let the applications begin!!

Does anyone know if they go off the Teas Adjusted Individual Score or National percentile?

Teas Adjusted Individual Score.

I emailed the nursing advisor, she told me that they will do a random lottery selection for people with the same amount of points, wanting to get the same spot. For example, if there are 20 people with 75 points and 10 spots open, they will do a lottery with those 20 people.

Hopefully, we will get the result in beginning December.

Tampham if you have 85 pts dont worry

Do not know for sure, but the advisers have said depending on the semester usually 80-100 students.

I hope I get in! When are they going to send out the emails letting us know if we got in?

You won't know until December. They ate pretty accurate with the time frame they give out! Remember they do do other things than just look over applications. Just be patient because trust me through the program you will need to be very patient and flexible!
