Hello everyone. I just wanted to start the thread for all the new applicants of RCC's Nursing Program for Spring 2014. This thread is to help each other stay current with old and new information about the program. Share your thoughts about the application process, teas V preparation, acceptance, and support group. Hi, does anybody know if we get the Teas result right after we finish the test at RCC or later?

You can also go to the ATI website, input your info, and all your results should pop up as well.

You can fax in your teas invite or email. Just call and make sure they got it. I faxed it:)

Bigota2014 are you studying from the teas study guide? The online test on ATI was hard!! I felt prepared and now I don't. I'm so nervous!!

Hey guys. When you send your TEAS transcript, don't forget to check with RCC if they got it. I went in today to make sure they received it, but they didn't. Just had an issue with ATI not sending it (RCC is supposed to get the transcript automatically) even though they charged my credit card, all is fixed now though.

I had 80 points with TEAS included. I think the cost of the TEAS V testing was $115.00

I'm studying from every angle i can. It's so much info for so little time. I'm hoping i get in the 70s.

I had a question for you all.. I just looked and RCC has the Winter schedule up already. They have 2 classes called NXN 84 (Prepare for Success in Nursing School 1.5 unit) and NRN 93 (Calculations for health providers 1unit) They both meet once a week. Have any of you guys that have applied for the nursing program at RCC taken any of these? If so was it any help, or benefit, do you recommend these? I am just wondering because I wanna take them both. But not sure, if I want to keep my winter break to be able to rest, and study my former science notes BEFORE not having a life anymore If I do get in. Know what I mean?? Please some one let me know, I'm still on the fence : ))
