Riverside Community College Nursing Spring 2014

Published

Hello everyone. I just wanted to start the thread for all the new applicants of RCC's Nursing Program for Spring 2014. This thread is to help each other stay current with old and new information about the program. Share your thoughts about the application process, teas V preparation, acceptance, and support group. Let the applications begin!!

mindy77 that's what i'm going to do. I don't want to wait last minute and then have to frantically find a schedule for the teas exam. I'm wondering why they are delaying it. I just know there are a lot of people with high GPA this application period.

I think Loma Linda gives the test every week. I kind of expected delays. They have hundreds of applicants and they have to review all the applications. Plus things come up employees take vacations and get sick. Their probably behind on paper work. I'll post if I get any new info:)

I scheduled my TEAS a while back for this Thursday at Loma Linda just in case something were to happen. Didn't want to wait last minute and freak out. So nervous! I have studied this for months and I still feel unprepared :S I have an A,A,B in my sciences and 3.9 in general ed. Oh and thank you everyone who shares info on here. You guys are very helpful :)

Ok, so I just contacted my friend and said RCC has already started sending out invites. There was an email to verify. VRAYY you are smart. I should have done the same thing you did.

Science: A, A, A

No invite still.

BigNurse2014 your friend got an email to verify for the test?

I have a friend who saw the email invite for the teas. It was a verification that they sent out invites already. His classmates from RCC got them.

I have 4.0 for my sciences and I still haven't received any invitation/denied yet. Im going to check with the school tomorrow.

October 22, 2013 1800 hours and no email yet. :o I had to change my screen name I was in violation.

Hi, does anybody know where else I can take the Teas? Loma Linda is giving the priority to their applicants, and they said they won't have any spot open until Nov 15th.

Through the atitesting website, looks like you can register for the teas this friday or saturday for $75 at CSULA

make an appointment and go take teas at loma linda University for $50

Just to let everyone know, I just talk to Steve at RCC nursing department. He said he still sending out the invitations until this Friday. If you dont get either invitation nor declination, check with them on Monday.
