Hello everyone, I'd like to start this thread for fall 12 cohort. I'm from Bay area and planning to apply nursing program at RCC. I've read that the application should be available on Jan 03, but I couldnt find it. I did emailed ---- yesterday, and he said it would be up today but nothing yet. Where can i download the application. Any inputs are welcome ;)

Thank you for the info! I am so nervous about finding out honestly. This will be the last school I will hear from. I am now applying to more programs for next year. I am anxious! Good luck everyone! I will post as soon as I find out! Jreilly906 do you know how many points you had for the program?

Mine also reads: "AS586 Nursing-Registered Nursing". I wonder if this truly means anything?One more week till we know for sure! :))

IDK if that means anything but I do not remember what it previously said. Like we should have checked while we applied to see if it said pre nursing or something.

Oh well. Hopefully next week is the big week!

Hey, I was reading the posts for the Spring 2012 applicants on this site (for more insight, on what I can expect), and came across some of your posts. I really hope you get in this time! I'm gonna keep my fingers crossed, and say a prayer for both of us! :) 4 days left, till we hear back! I'll post here as soon as I hear anything.

Hi Everyone,

I think I will have about 70pts but I don't think thats enough to get in honestly. My friend said that they also do random picking as well and that when she logged into her web advisor her major changed from pre reqs of nursing to actually RN. Mine has not changed :( But i am still very hopeful. She also got her letter last year about June 23, so hopefully we hear back soon.

Do not worry! As you said, there is always the random drawing.

Also, if I get accepted to RCC I will accept for the time being. Once I hear from CSUSB, if I get in, I will drop my spot to a lucky alternate. I am sure your points are enough, especially with them taking more students this year! If you aren't a shoe in then at least an alternate at which my spot may go to you.

You are too sweet. I hope I get in honestly. I am still an alternate for GWC for the next year but idk what my chances are there. I talked to the Nursing department last thursday and they told me the same that we will hear something by the 1st. I am also anxiously awaiting.

Yes, I have a feeling Friday will be it. I still have 3 weeks for my other school to notify me. Ugh so getting notified by ANYONE at this point will save my sanity. Its been so long since we applied and they should have everything by now.

I hope we all get good news this coming Friday!
