Hello everyone, I'd like to start this thread for fall 12 cohort. I'm from Bay area and planning to apply nursing program at RCC. I've read that the application should be available on Jan 03, but I couldnt find it. I did emailed ---- yesterday, and he said it would be up today but nothing yet. Where can i download the application. Any inputs are welcome ;)

I did too. I received an email saying they will let us know by the end of the week whether we are accepted to take the teas test november 9. Does anybody know if you already took the teas test somewhere else and passed but didn't do so hot if rcc will let you take it again to receive a better grade?

No they will not. It's your first attempt so study hard for it!

I applied to spring 2013, and I will do my Teas this Friday nov 9. I hope we can start a forum about spring 2013.

For anyone who is attending rcc would you do me the favor of letting me know your daily schedule (class time/hospital)? I have 2 kiddos and want an idea of the childcare I will need. Thanks :)

While they have changed the curriculum, I can almost guarantee that you will need 3-4 days a week. As for the hours that will change every semester, but they have at least 2 lectures a week and either 1 or 2 days designated for clinical.

I have two daughters, and that is pretty much how it has worked out every semester.

Anyone in the new curriculum feel free to chime in, but I'm pretty sure they have similar schedules.
