Anyone applying for RCC's Fall 2015 Nursing program?
Thought I'd start a thread to communicate about applying, TEAS, etc.
Nursedorkface: That's what a lot of LVNs said. Unfortunately, those were some of the ones that flunked out. Stay humble and study hard. Remember, everyone that will be accepted are smart and have gotten straight As. This program is different. You will end up finding out yourselves. A lot of us graduates who have a Masters or Bachelors will say that this was the hardest thing academically we've gone through in life. Good luck!

Studentrcc where you in nursing 21 in the Spring 15? I did here you all had 30 students that were struggling at one point. I am an LVN but decided to start at the beginning because it over 20 yrs since I been in school. I am glad I did. I have spoke to some of the students who just graduated. They gave me some valuable tips. You have to know how to think like a nurse. This will have to come first. Try to have fun and not get to stressed out, about all pray and trust in God to get you through it. Stay positive.

I can try and do some research tomorrow for you as well and see what I can come up with. Wow 900 dollars my CNA HHA was 450 and the training is in Torrance that's probably way to far for you. I will let you know what I find out from my friend at work which she attended in Riverside that would probably be more economical for you. I know the school. I know they had a 5 week program but it's Monday through Friday. I did the weekend program but it was 15 weeks.
