Anyone applying for RCC's Fall 2015 Nursing program?
Thought I'd start a thread to communicate about applying, TEAS, etc.
It's so exciting looking through the nursing material and all of the books we will be using in the fall! I can't wait! I read a nursing comment about how this time of year in their hospital is hunting season because of all of the violent crimes and gun shot victims in the ER. She said the task was was daunting to take care of peoples lives when they don't value their own. How depressing! I know that type of stuff can eventually take a toll on nurses.
I had to pay it all at once within a week because I had to get everything within a weeks time. You may have a couple of months before school starts to pay for all of your stuff. Books, uniforms, physical, supplies was about 4 grand. Tuition is extra but I got a fee waiver.
Hello! I know earlier on you posted about the option to get your bachelors degree from university of Phoenix. Do you have any more info on these options? I think university of Fullerton is another option. Thanks!
I have been lurking on this thread for months! But I am just as anxious as everyone else. I scored an 89 on the TEAS, seriously missed the next bracket by 1 point. I, too, am worried about the upfront cost, but I am probably going to just get a summer job to help. And hubby will be doing crazy amounts of OT! Good luck to everyone!

It would be so much easier if they let us give it in payments. I wonder if that's an option. LOL

I've only applied for fasfa so far. I only work on the weekends but I've been trying to keep busy around the house on some DIY projects haha I still feel like June is going by very very slowly.
