what is included in complete physical examination?

I saw my regular Doctor for my yearly physical, and he filled out the form. You have to sign up with Complio and pay then you can download the form. I need to upload it to the site still.

I did the physical with my Dr because our health insurance doesn't charge for the yearly wellness check/physical, but you can sign up at RCC health center for one, too.

I am a little confused about why we need complio if we already do everything on our own? How does it work? Can you please explain me step by step?

And also what does physical exam include?

I have just signed up for complio and I am wondering what actual packages we need to buy. I am assuming it is the immunization one and the background/ drug screening one?

Has anyone that applied to the ADN program heard back? Hopefully by this week we hear some news.

Per S, we should be receiving notifications sometime this week

Hi guys! You would need to purchase the Drug Screen, the background, and the immunization one. I am an alternate, so the only one I currently paid for and am doing is the immunization. I will wait for Intake day before paying for the rest.

The biggest pay out for most of us was for books. But bog covered all my class fees and If I believe depending on how much you get from fafsa it should cover the tuition. But most people did take the loans to help. If I had taken out just the fafsa I would of been fine for tuition from Fullerton, it would of been tight but good still.

So the BOG wont cover the fees for Cal State? those need to be paid seperatly?

BOG only works for community college. You need to add Cal State San Bernardino as a reporting school to your FAFSA. I'm not sure how the whole application/Financial aid application stuff will work with the CEP for Spring 2020. I just know that Mr. Purdy responded to a question in the workshop I attended that you should include the CEP school on your FAFSA for financial aid with the Cal State School.

Hello, I came across this forum a few months ago and found the updates to be really helpful. I was accepted into the RN CEP a few weeks ago and replied with my acceptance immediately, but have not received a confirmation or any other emails since. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same?
