RIO HONDO ADN Summer/FALL 2020

Hi,

I have not seen a thread for people who applied for the upcoming Summer/fall start at Rio Hondo so wanted to create one. I know the deadline for the applications just passed but feel free to post stats or questions that you may have. Goodluck to everyone :- )

The documents that we need to upload onto CastleBranch should be in color correct?

I believe so, for the BLS card. I think that would be the only one that has color, right? And the fire safety card probably.

That's what I have been wondering. How about the vaccination cards, physical report, and blood lab reports?

I'm not sure ? My documents are not in color so I just uploaded them in black and white. Maybe it mentions it on the papers she sent us?

It did not mention it, but I remember she mentioned that something has to be in color during the meeting. But I forgot what she meant ?

Hello there.. I am buying my Castle Branch.. can some one confirm with me what should I put in County criminal? I live in Orange County.. so should I put Orange county?

Also, did someone pay the extra $12 at the end? Is it worthy?

Just the county you live in. I dont see what other county they could be referring to. But maybe call someone at CastleBranch if you want to be sure.

The earliest blood work appointment I could get is April 30th 1 week before the May 8th deadline. Do you guys know if I can upload my immunization record prior to uploading the blood work results? I have all the vaccines needed on record its just the blood work I'm waiting on.

@kdarling I would say yes, but I am not sure! I did my blood work today. Did you try other places?

Someone have recommendations of places to do the BLS CPR class? I tried to contact two places, and they did not answer me yet. The third place is very expensive...

I am still looking for.. I live close to Fullerton, Buena park, Anaheim, Cypress, La mirada..

I would try online places some are doing BLS fully online Google that way. Also as long as we turn in the blood work by May 8th it’s good right? Or do they have to review and accept it by May 8th because my appointment is cutting it close.
