what can you all suggest for a good supplemental book in forms of RN NCLEX review and rationale.....i went to AMAZON and there are 100s....i heard suanders is good, but which one?

thanks

I have heard that people passed with Saunders, but an instructor of mine said it was too easy, what if you got level 3's and hadn't practiced them before then you would be up you know what creek with anxiety.

I am using Lippincotts, Exam Cram (the review book and test book), NCSBN, NCLEX 4000 and ATI. It's a lot of material, but I feel confident. I am averaging 65-80 on all of them, so I figure I'm doing ok.

Nursing made insanely easy. I used it to study for boards. I studied only for two weeks and passed boards on the first time. Also I used NCLEX 3500 to practice questions.

Specializes in Adult Internal Medicine.

Saunders to study and then lippencotts to practice.

PDA by LaCharity, Comprehensive Review by Saunders, and Lippencott Q and A is good too.

Just be warned, Lippincott is REALLY hard sometimes. Becareful when you read.
