Retake after 5 years From Philippines to California

Hello there!

I recently moved here in California.

Took my nclex in philippines Oct 2010

but failed. I would like to retake my exam

NCLEX. Tried calling BON but no help. I also emailed them but no response.

Should i go to BON office?

I suspect that you will have to start all over again as usually files destroyed after 3 years with CA

We have the same predicament Panaceacloud. I migrated here in CA and planning to retake my nclex exam again. But not sure if I retake or apply as new again.
