Hey!
I just looked at my quick results and unfortunately I failed my NCLEX-RN. It took me the entire 265 and from there I felt like I was in trouble. The last question itself didn't register to me as a critical thinking question. I was hoping for the best, but instead got the worst.
Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone knew the steps involved in applying to retake the exam in the state of Texas. I know that I have to wait 45 days, but does anyone know the actual steps? Thanks so much for all the help.
By the way, Happy New Year!!

The BON will send you out a print out of your test and should also include the forms you need to re sit the exam. Sorry to hear you failed
How long does it take to receive those forms? I want to study again starting tomorrow and I hope i can retake exam as soon as possible.
Thanks for the quick reply and again have a Happy New Year!
Really better taking a short break before you start studying again, doesn't usually take the BON long to send the forms out but I feel rushing to take the exam could mean another fail. Better to sort something out and study properly

I agree that you should not rush this time around. Better to take the proper amount of time and get the good results you want than to rush and go into the test muddled up. Good luck.

Hi!
I have a question...
I know there is 45 days provision retake policy
which means I can't take the exam until the 45 days is over
But the retake application form that I have to submit to the CA BON...
Should I also wait for 45 days to be over before I file?

Submit now but BON won't send anything until the 45 days are up
Thank you so much silverdragon
