How early did you send out resumes? Did you wait until u actually graduated school or did you wait until after u passed boards?

we were told to start in Jan/Feb if we graduate in may. Before boards. They will hire you before you pass.

When I graduated it was in May, I started sending them around the beginning to the middle of March.

I graduate tomorrow...we were told Feb/March. I had my first interview at the end of Feb and was hired about 3 weeks ago. Lots of people in my class were waiting to see if they passed.

Don't wait (like the others said) If you wait too long the NEW GRAD openings will be gone.
