Can I get some feedback on wording and what to say/how to approach my supervising MDs? Having extreme anxiety! It's the first time I'm leaving a job where I do enjoy the people and staff that I work with - even the management. It's just the nature of primary care that I'm tired of.
Does this sound appropriate? Do I say less? Or more...?

Is it too much to talk about where I'm going/what hospital I'm going to?
Yes. All you need is please accept my resignation effective xxxx. Check your contract if you have one to ensure you give adequate notice to get any PTO etc paid out.
