Yes!  kid with an athletic injury, another with abnormal heart rate...the real school nurse stuff we all love!  LOL!

One of my med kiddos is now in 2nd grade, everyday in 1st grade, he'd take his med and I'd tell him "You rock, dude!" or "You're a rockstar"

Yesterday, he came in for his med and said "I'm so good at taking my medicine! Do you know why? Because I'm a rockstar!"

I missed these kids so much

I guess that these are the little things that make it all so well worth while for you guys.

Kinda like when one of my geri pts would just smile and and give my hand a squeeze.

Dry skin has been my only legit "normal" visit this week! Last week, I only saw the same kid 3 times for an anxious stomach ache due to our impending fire drill. Helps that we have less than 60 kids in the building and none that are medically complex...
