hi all,
i decided to start a new regis thread for all students who will be starting the Accelerated BSN/msn program in september 2009! the other major regis thread is a little dated, and i wanted to give definite future students a chance to meet and greet in a separate thread!
i figure this will be a good place for any and all questions about the upcoming months ahead, along with getting to know our future classmates.
please feel free to say hi or ask any or all questions in this thread - i personally am probably going to be throwing a little get together in boston (at my apartment) early summer for anyone who would like to meet before orientation in july!!
Thanks so much Calalilly :)
Even a couple of the day schedules don't look too bad, so I am really glad you were able to help!
Now all I have to do is actually get into the program and have a rich distant relative leave me about $100k! As an international student I don't qualify for FAFSA. So it's private loans all the way. I'm so determined to do this though (must be insane LOL).
So.... fingers and everything else crossed that I survive this semester (Finals AND getting everything together for Regis in less than 3 weeks!!!!) and hopefully I'll be joining you gals in the Fall. I have preregistered for summer classes to complete my pre-reqs, so if anyone is in Ethics in May, and Chem II in July, i look forward to meeting you then!
Hello all of you Regis MS in Nursing to-be peops! I have my interview on Tuesday! As I'm preparing, I was hoping somebody could tell me if I should wear a suit. I normally would for all interviews, but am coming from work that day and don't want to wear a suit to work. Do you think a nice suit skirt and a short sleeve blouse is all right? Hopefully it will be warm out!
Is the in-person interview formal? I have heard the phone interviews are pretty informal and the Regis people are quite nice. I am very excited!
Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks and hope to meet all of you soon!!!
