Hello. I'm just wondering if anyone here tried to reapply again for RN here in cali after getting denied years ago? What I mean is, there's 3 year window for application right? Like are they gonna terminate our application after 3 years? Is it true?
If you did reapply again without completing the deficiency? Did you get another requirement from CABRN?
I heard some folks reapply after 3 years ago of their first application and CABRN gave them another and different requirement such as "school year calendar"?
Idk. If this is true, I'm just wondering.

I would think the reason you were denied would play a role in this. Maybe call the BON and ask?
I applied before like around 2011, but I got denied due to concurrency issue of OB and MS, so I'm wondering if I reapply again, would they ask me the same requirements?

I'm a little confused here. Did you correct the deficiencies (OB & MS)? Or are you asking if the requirements went away?
If the latter, then you need to ask the BON, not us.

Your application is destroyed if you failed to provide proof of remediation your deficiencies. You must reapply. If you did not remediate your deficiencies you will be denied again as those standards still apply. The school calendar & passport copies are requested as proof you were in the Philippines for school when you claim you were. Many submitted fraudulent documents and as such strict scrutiny had to be implemented as well as prosecution of those creating & submitting fraudulent documents.
The requirements have not changed. If deficient before you are still deficient now but may be asked for additional proof, paperwork and records
