Ready to Apply CT Community Colleges- Nursing Program 2011

It's almost that time of year again! I'm applying to the 2011 class which the application period begins this November 1st. We have two months to prepare our applications! Anyone else applying? I've seen the support the last year's class has with this sort of thread and I figured there should be one started for 2011 applicants. What is your TEAS score? GPA? A&P I grade? What were the averages that the 2010 applicants had and they are now starting the fall 2010 program?? Good luck!!!

I enrolled in my last two pre-reqs for Summer semester. If I get into GWCC and I am in the Spring start, I will take the summer off. Do you have a lot of other classes to take? I know some fill up quickly, I would register for what you think will work with the Nursing schedule, just to secure a spot. You can always rearrange it later. Also New students cant register yet correct? I think two more weeks you will still be OK.

The only class I have left to take is Life Span, and I will take it on-line after I hear.

I've been following this thread for a while now. I applied to NVCC and this wait is making me crazy! Lol I've been checking the mail box everyday hoping for a letter. I heard a rumor that NVCC alone sent out 700 rejection letters but I must say I find this hard to believe! Hopefully I'll be starting the program in the fall! I'm not too sure of what I'll do if I don't get in but hopefully everything works out! Good luck everyone! :)

Britt, I am right there with you! I thought letters would be coming around March 15, so I have been eagerly going to the mailbox for two weeks. Good luck to you too!

Just signed up for micro at nvcc, both classes were full in 2 minutes. crazzzy! I got the 4 day with Professor ******. If there is anyone who got into the 2 day a week evening session and is looking to switch please let me know. Thnx:o

I had called capital on Friday because I had a question regarding mycommnet. She told me she couldn't answer my question, but if I have not heard from them yet (a letter telling me I was missing info) that was a goods sign. She also told me that letters were getting mailed this week, which day she did not ay, but this week......

Last year I received my letter on April 10th. I have a friend from the previous year's class and she received hers about April 9th. Good luck to all of you.
