Ready to Apply CT Community Colleges- Nursing Program 2011

Hello all,

It's almost that time of year again! I'm applying to the 2011 class which the application period begins this November 1st. We have two months to prepare our applications! Anyone else applying? I've seen the support the last year's class has with this sort of thread and I figured there should be one started for 2011 applicants. What is your TEAS score? GPA? A&P I grade? What were the averages that the 2010 applicants had and they are now starting the fall 2010 program?? Good luck!!!

Today when I logged into Commnet I had Norwalk Comm College as a school as well as gateway. That was my second choice.... Did anyone see this on their screen?

I have both Asnuntuck and Capital on mine. I took my pre-reqs at ACC, but had to fill out a seperate application for Capital in addition to the nursing application. Did you have to submit two applications to your school of first choice as well? Capital popped up on mine when I submitted thier general application back in January. Maybe that is the case here, or maybe you got into the program :D

We should know soon hopefully! someone posted a few pages back that letters should be going out the end of next week, so until then we will all be chomping at the bit and pulling our hair out!! Good luck to you and everyone else!

That's cool. I have "Health Careers" or something like that as a major now. I applied to each school on my application, so they were already listed. I keep checking my major just incase. I talked to my first choice a week ago they said 2-3 weeks. I am getting so excited.

you have submitted all the documents required to evaluate your application to the nursing program. please check back often to receive updated status for your application.

i don't think they need to worry about us checking often...

Is that what it says on your commnet screen?

Mine does not say that.... hmm.... but I also did not recieve a letter or email telling me I was missing information?

ok... mystery solved... i think it says norwalk becuase i filled out a fasfa for next year and put norwalk and hartford on there just in case!

I did Fin Aid for all 3 schools and BHSN. They are slow this year though.
