Hi! I am looking for a good question bank with rationals for both the right and wrong answers. I have been directed to several sources, but have heard, for instance, that NCSBN doesn't give rationals for the wrong answers. Can you recommend which questions bank you liked and why? Thanks in advance!!

Hurst gives both. It includes lectures and 6 test that are 125 questions each.

The Lippincott Q&A Review gives good, solid rationales for both right and wrong answers! Plus, it is not expensive.

NCSBN gives rationales to the questions as well as link to the content sources; you have to expand the bottom part of the screen, below the actual question.
dorkypanda,
Yes. I used the 10th and 11th edition of Lippincott. There were a couple of answers that I thought were mistakes but that was very minimal in comparison to the 6,000+ questions.
