Ran out time 263 questions. Had 3 left. So what does that mean? Should've I guessed?
Ran out at 263. Should of I guessed on the last 3 questions. There were so many questions that had meds I never head of. Does priority questions mean I am doing good.
So what is better, ran out of time, or guess on last 3.
I am stressing, please help.

No. You might have guessed too hastily and tipped the scale in the wrong direction. Good luck.

According to Kaplan, if you run out of time, NCSBN will go over your last 60 questions. If you got ALL of them right, you pass. If you get one or more wrong, you fail. With this in mind, you definitely should not have guessed at the last questions! Good luck!!

It's not about getting all of them right, it's about meeting the passing standard within the last 60 questions. You can get some wrong and still pass. I just took it today and that question is answered in the information packet they gave me.

They'll determine whether you've passed based on the last 60 questions you answered. A friend of mine took the entire 6 hours and didn't finish all 265 and was told that. She also ended up passing.
