:trout: Oh my GAWD!!! I hate this questions from my classmates. The teachers could be all in really going with the lecture and one classmate always ask this STUPID question. I am sorry there goes the saying, "There are no stupid questions." That is indeed stupid.
I am also finding that some of my classmates want the teacher to "spoon feed" what to write on their notes. I am thinking we are in college people. High School days are gone!:smackingf . This one student want the teacher to slow down so she can write every word coming out of the teacher's mouth. We have a 6PM class, one student said, you need to slowdown because I am tired and I have been here since 12PM.:flamesonb I am thinking, I have been up since 5:30AM, handled kids, worked, fought 50 minutes traffic, and I am here prepared.
I am sorry, just a little ticked. I had to vent, now I feel better......:pumpiron:
I had the comment made to me about not having to worry about it because I'm smart. While I'm not intellectually challenged, neither am I Einstein. I studied to get the grades I got and it was made clear to us that anything in the reading or lecture was testable, therefore important for our career as nurses.
THANK YOU! I can't stand it when other people make comments to me like this. It all started when our Peds instructor anounced IN FRONT OF THE CLASS that I had set the curve for the test and that I had only gotten one question wrong. DUH! So many people approached me after class to say something about "studying less" so they could do better. BLAHH! Why don't YOU study harder. I work really hard for my grades and I shouldn't feel guilty about getting A's, even if it means that the curve isn't as nice to other people. AHHH!

OMG, yet another annoyance. When people studied for the test 10 minutes before it's administered, then 95% of the class failed. Then the instructor offers them the oppurtunity to take the SAME test again if the entire class agrees. Not just the people that fail retake, everyone does. This annoys me in itself but I digress!
What really burns my behind :flamesonb is when I've disagreed to retaking the test because I'm satisfied with my 85%. Which is not so hot but I'll take it because that's what I earned. Then someone will get pissed off at me because I don't want to retake the test. I'm a firm believer in taking responsibility for what you earned, not on the belief that if I do bad enough the instructor will go over the test with me and let me take the same one again. Pisses me off to no end! YOU SHOULD HAVE STUDIED!!!!
I have a classmate that asks the question: "Will that be on the test" While he is reviewing the chapter. Last week she asked the instructor if he could provide multiple choice questions for the definitions instead of how he usually designs the test. :rotfl:
In my A&P2 class several people are whining that they want a "wordbank" for the lab tests.....
Some people in my lab wanted the instructor to list the numbers on the test that corresponded to the numbers on the models. For example, if the "lattisimus dorsi" is #15 on the model, they wanted him to put #15 on the test or something like that. So his response..."humans don't have their muscles numbered."
That was funny.

Fortunately, I haven't run into that......YET. I only take one actual physical class and the rest are online. But people like that drive me batty!
The one class I go to has a couple girls that just jabber up a storm. The instructor got really fed up with them last week. When she'd call them on their talking, they'd claim they were discussing class related stuff. LOL YEAH RIGHT!
There's also another woman in my class who when she speaks up, tends to ramble on and on. And you can tell she's very unsure of herself and her answers. She'll repeat herself A LOT. But it's frustrating- I want to scream "Spit it out already! The clock is ticking!" Ok that's not very nice of me, but I was just being honest
