Hello,

I have applied to Quincy College's ASN part-time program for Spring 2018. I was wondering if anyone that has completed this program before could give me some insight. If I were to get in, does the program start right at the beginning of January or towards the end? Also, they said that we would be hearing if we got in or not around mid-October. Does anyone know when they usually do the orientation? Is it in October or is it closer to January? Thanks in advance!

Also if anyone else applied to the program and they start hearing back, please let me know!

It says the same for me, I think we all got in though!!!

I called and talked to Julia again (lol) and she wouldn't really help me. I paid the deposit they asked for so I guess now I have to wait.

It said I had a new counselor so I emailed her to ask and I will let you know when she replies!

Hi guys,

I received an email back from the Admissions Department saying that what I saw on my QC Portal means that I am accepted. So if you guys see the same stuff I'm seeing on your portal (the Nursing tab and the option to pay the reservation deposit) you are accepted as well!

Congrats!! I never had a nursing tab , just somethibg that says Deposit but it is only 50 and i think nursing is 250 so I dont think I got in, thanks for the infoo

Hello all! I've applied to spring 2018 part time ASN program as wel. And I'm anxiously waiting to hear back. I'm nervous bc I selected "both campuses" on my application, underestimating how far the Plymouth campus was. Does anyone know if we can change this since we haven't heard back from admissions. I am so hoping I can :(

I never had a nursing tab, I also don't have a "students" tab or anything else on my QC Portal. I'm wondering if that means I really didn't get in?

When I log into the portal, the tabs at the top in order look like: Home, Nursing, Course Search, Online Registration, Admissions, Academics, Student, Library, My Pages. When I clicked on "pay deposit" it says it is going to be $375. I'm not sure if we were meant to know from the portal, so I don't think you have to see what I'm seeing. I think she just looked up my name and told me whether I got in or not

Yea mines has none of that not sure if it is because I am not a current student there, I called today even though I said I wouldn't and the lady told me they would be out by the end of the week ,so we should know by the beginning of next week. I might have someone else call for me to see if they get a different answer., I asked if I would be able to see it on my portal now and she said she wasn't sure, the anxiety is killing me.
