I have applied to Quincy College's ASN part-time program for Spring 2018. I was wondering if anyone that has completed this program before could give me some insight. If I were to get in, does the program start right at the beginning of January or towards the end? Also, they said that we would be hearing if we got in or not around mid-October. Does anyone know when they usually do the orientation? Is it in October or is it closer to January? Thanks in advance!
Also if anyone else applied to the program and they start hearing back, please let me know!
I know it is so upsetting, I hate not knowing and I guess they don't understand that people need to move on with their lives. Keep me updated if you know anything else please.
Someone named Julia(?) said this week too. I don't understand why it's so complicated. I wonder when they're going to send the e-mails. I thought it was going to be at the same time but I guess not.
Yea Julia was the lady I spoke to,I think my anxiety may be getting the best of me , I logged into the portal and saw a make deposit option which i didn't see before. Before under applications and deposit there was a blank space. Now I don't see it, I may just be seeing things lol
There was a new tab on my QC Portal called "Nursing" that I had never seen before so I clicked on it. I have the option to pay a "reservation deposit." Then I clicked on my admissions status and it said accepted as of 10/14/17/ I'm still skeptical though and I don't want to get my hopes up in case it was a mistake
That sounds like good news to me!! Mines does 't say that, I just called admissions and she told me it will only show up after letters have been sent out , but I ge tthe feeling the staff isn't well informed so U wil call and ask
Yes I took almost all of my pre-requisites there. I clicked on "admission status" again however and it said this information is not available. I have a feeling they don't want people to know whether they were accepted yet until the letters have gone out
so upsetting they are keeping us in the dark, under my admissions it says reservation deposit, when i click on it it is asking me to log on with the info in my acceptance packet, if either of you call please let me know, I called twice today so I might hold off until wednesday to call again. Trying to make Bay state wait a little longer for the deposit
