I have just been accepted into the Seton RN residency and can answer any questions you may have. I will also be creating a post throughout my experience in the residency. Ask away!

Has anyone heard back for ob/mother baby yet!?

I know Seton Main has already hired their cohort for Mother/Baby, and two classmates interviewed for L&D on Tuesday at Main. I'm not sure about the other hospitals.

To those who have accepted offers and done their health screenings, do you know if we will get an official "all clear" from the health screening and background check? I'm not worried about passing but I just wonder if they'll give us an official call or email or something that everything was good... I guess maybe it's the opposite, you'll only get a call if there is a problem..?

congrats aed, that's amazing. thite1, no i did not. i wasn't able to get any pay bump because most of my experience as an LVN is PRN and they don't reward credit for that :(

has anyone heard about the possibility of them pushing back the start date to July 7th?

MAgradnurse, I would imagine no. Some units JUST started interviewing and I have heard from other cohorts that some people are hired days before the cohort starts due to others not passing nursing school and not passing NCLEX

Texaslvn12- is it a possibility that the start date would be pushed back to July 7th. That would make my life a lot easier!
