I see lots of posts about passing or failing with 75 questions, just curious what the stats are. I would like to think that nursing school prepares us enough that those who get 75 are mostly passing?

Congratulations! I knew you would, I'm so happy for you! It was not a problem for the support that's what I am here for! Now you can go and celebrate! Congrats again!

I think that if you stop at 75 questions it is more likely that you passed. Most of my classmates who stopped at 75 questions passed! There are a few that went up to 200 questions and still passed though. I think they test you pass 75 questions if you are borderline passing, and if you do well they will stop at 75. Not sure though!
I took the NCLEX-PN. Talk about the worst test of my life. The question were really hard for the first twenty or so than leveled out but still seemed high end questions. I dont think there is anything that can prepare you for it. Mine shut off at the minimum 85 questions. I really feel like I failed walking out of there. I went home and tried to remember some of the qestions and looked up several. Out of maybe the ten or so I think I only missed one that I could remember for sure. All I know is I studied hard and did my best. I just hope it pays off. I get my unoffical results tomorrow. I have been lurking for quite sometime and wanted to let you all know that this thread has help with some of my anxieties. :redpinkhe
