a question of NCLEX-RN

Some one told me that the RN exam will be changed a lot from April, is that true? Somebody else know this and how it will change.

Change how?? Every test is already different. I haven't heard anything about NCLEX changing its testing format.

Oh, I dont know, just I saw that news in other forum(not in English). They said the questions will be a little different than before, but the format should be the same. But, of course, probably they were wrong.

I think we can learn more about this here:

Thanx. It helps.

I am now scared, I hope I will get through of it.

You're welcome!

I've written a suggestion for nclex examinees in the nclex section of this forum. If you have a difficulty of finding it, just see my posts(which you'll find if you check my user profile page)to help you trim down your search.

it has altered a little and has been discussed on here would suggest doing a search. If you study properly it shouldn't make too much of a difference.

WOW!! They're raising the passing standard.....I'm glad I've already taken the NCLEX

hey, I am waiting for that exam.:banghead:

They are increasing the passing standard by a decimal point. If the nurse is properly prepared for the exam in the first place, then there should not be any issues with the exam.

I would not worry about the changes.
