please i want an advice:
i wanna ask if im qualified to the hib visa offered by my employer?? i only had 1 year hospital experience.. what should i do??
i took and passed the NCLEX state of california,, im planning to transfer it in new jersey because im afraid it might get abondoned for i wasnt able to give sss number.. i took year2008.. i only have 1 and a half years to work on it.. how can i transfer it to new jersey? and if ever i did,, could i have the license already?? unlike in california you cant have the license unless you give them your sss number..
i also want to go to the USA, hopefully if this employer helped me out,, how can i and my bf possibly go there together, he 's also a nurse,, but he didnt took the NCLEX exam yet,.. what visa can he possibly have? can he work there as a nursing assistant temporarily?? thanks!!

What position does this job offer involve? That will determine if this qualifies as a specialist role. I am inclined to say that a year and a half of hospital experience is not sufficient to justify that a nurse is a specialist regardless of which field of nursing it is.
Check New Jersey BON's website. I believe they also require SSN prior to issuance of the license.
If you do get an H1B visa, there is no way your boyfriend could come to the US with you unless he gets a visa on his own by any other means.
