I didn't see a board for Providence SoCal TIPS New grad Residency program for May 2022, so I thought I'd start one.
I applied for the program on February 10th. I applied to both Providence St. Joseph Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Mission hills- Externally. Right after I received the self-paced text screen questions. On February 15th, I got an email to schedule a live video interview. But when I went to schedule it on the website, it said there wasn't any available dates or times. I emailed the recruiter and she said that they were waiting to see if they were going to open up more interviews as all of them had been taken. She said they were trying to add more dates.
Where is everyone in this process? and if you got an invitation to interview-- did you have the same problem?
I interviewed at Orange, but usually the email addresses follow the same template. I don't think we can post contact info ? but my recruiter's email goes like firstname.lastname(@)providence(.)org, just remove the ().
At least for Orange, interviews end this week, so I recommend applying online right now to see if there are any interviews spots left for Mission Hills. I only attached my resume to my application.
But if anyone going for Mission Hills has more insight?

I’m mildly stressing out, because my interview isn’t until next Friday… but I’m applying to the coastal locations in San Pedro and Torrance. I guess each facility has their own timeline.
I received an email on what to expect prior to the interview, so nothing was too surprising. It's general behavioral questions and a case study like they stated. I think just prep for those behavioral questions and be ready to talk about your clinical/work experiences!

Did you apply to that location yet? I received an email for a text screening after I applied, and then once that was completed, I received another email to schedule an interview. I'll see if I can DM you info
I submitted my application to St. Jude on Feb 17th and was invited to schedule an interview the next day. I just had my interview today (2/22) with them.
I also applied to St Joseph in Orange, LCM Torrance, and St Joseph in Burbank.
what's next after your interview? how will you know if you passed the interview?

I'm not sure! Maybe it depends on the unit? At the end of the interview, the interviewer said the next steps were I would hear back in 1-2 weeks with any decisions they make.
