I didn't see a board for Providence SoCal TIPS New grad Residency program for May 2022, so I thought I'd start one.
I applied for the program on February 10th. I applied to both Providence St. Joseph Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Mission hills- Externally. Right after I received the self-paced text screen questions. On February 15th, I got an email to schedule a live video interview. But when I went to schedule it on the website, it said there wasn't any available dates or times. I emailed the recruiter and she said that they were waiting to see if they were going to open up more interviews as all of them had been taken. She said they were trying to add more dates.
Where is everyone in this process? and if you got an invitation to interview-- did you have the same problem?

do you know if they interview separately for each individual location or is it just one interview for all locations you applied to?
I think it went well! I believe they interview separately for each individual location. St Joseph in Orange sent me a rejection today though. I think it's because I already interviewed with St Jude.
Does anyone know the time frame for hearing back after an interview? I forgot to ask at the end of mine.
Hi! I just interviewed for the location in Orange today with a panel and my interview panel told me they are making decisions by tomorrow and notifying us on Monday! Super exciting stuff. Hope the interviews went well for everyone. ?

I asked today and was told they meet next week to discuss candidates and to expect communication from talent acquisition within two weeks. Should I take this as a bad sign LOL
I am hoping someone can help me out. I called HR at Mission Hills and emailed the recruiter listed on the voicemail- Ruth Redfern, but I keep getting a delivery error. Is there a new recruiter or an email I can reach out to get some questions answered?
I want to find out when the application closes for May Cohort and do I attach my letter of recommendation to my application or have my referees send their letters in themselves? If so, what address should they send their recs to?

I interviewed at Orange, but usually the email addresses follow the same template. I don't think we can post contact info ? but my recruiter's email goes like firstname.lastname(@)providence(.)org, just remove the ().
At least for Orange, interviews end this week, so I recommend applying online right now to see if there are any interviews spots left for Mission Hills. I only attached my resume to my application.
But if anyone going for Mission Hills has more insight?
Wow!! For those that applied to Orange that’s great that you’ll get to know soon! What was the interview process like??
I’m mildly stressing out, because my interview isn’t until next Friday… but I’m applying to the coastal locations in San Pedro and Torrance. I guess each facility has their own timeline.
