I didn't see a board for Providence SoCal TIPS New grad Residency program for May 2022, so I thought I'd start one.
I applied for the program on February 10th. I applied to both Providence St. Joseph Burbank and Providence Holy Cross Mission hills- Externally. Right after I received the self-paced text screen questions. On February 15th, I got an email to schedule a live video interview. But when I went to schedule it on the website, it said there wasn't any available dates or times. I emailed the recruiter and she said that they were waiting to see if they were going to open up more interviews as all of them had been taken. She said they were trying to add more dates.
Where is everyone in this process? and if you got an invitation to interview-- did you have the same problem?
I haven’t and was getting worried. I interviewed feb 21st. If I’m remembering correctly they said I wouldn’t hear back for about a month ?? My application status hasn’t even updated. It still says “Interview step- scheduled”
Anyone still waiting on word from St. Joseph Orange? My status only changed from interview step scheduled to complete yesterday and I interviewed 2 weeks ago ?
For those that are still waiting on St. Jude, this is what I got as a response from my recruiter. I'm guessing the ones that heard back already last week may be in the "1st batch" then based on what was stated below. This may possibly apply to people waiting on other sites as well.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait. We are now sending the offers for the 1st batch of identified candidates. However, please be informed that the Panel & Nurse Educators are still in the deliberation process and we are still waiting for the final results.

I would reach out to the recruiter. St. Joseph Orange started pre-boarding a week ago, but it may be just the first batch like Incognito88 mentions above for St. Jude. I recommend calling, and if they don't pick up, send them an email inquiring about further updates or offers.

Hello, I applied last night to Providence for the Santa Monica Location (med-surg) and the Tarzana Location (same-day services). I got denied for same-day services considering that’s what I do now but I’m supposed to be interviewing for the med-surg on March 15. I’m hoping all goes well considering the process only took 20 minutes and boom I have an interview. I have other options but I’m hoping secure something by the end of March or April.
