Providence TIP September 2023

Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Hi! I didn't specifically discuss this with my onboarding person, but I did ask the interviewer who called me after my initial interview if my NCLEX date would be okay, and she said that it would be.

Hmmm. I also had deadlines on my onboarding page, too. Maybe it just deactivated because you went past due??

Definitely give your recruiter a call on Monday!! I'm sure you'll be okay. ?

Thanks for responding! I emailed my recruiter and will hopefully hear back on Monday. I'm really hoping I haven't lost my position.

What's your position? 

I don't think you have!! It's probably just a glitch in the system ? 

Start date is getting closer and I'm getting anxious!!

Saint John's too! 

I really wanted post partum but I got Ortho/Med Surg!

How long did it take you all to get onboarded?? They just sent me my offer yesterday and I feel like they're going to rush me through this process

Yay! Did you retest sooner than the 45 days?

 

Onboarding for me took maybe 2-3 weeks only because my background check took forever
