Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Has anyone been able to upload their RN license number on EverCheck? Late July I was able to upload my BLS and once I found out last week on Friday I passed my NCLEX I tried logging in and uploading my license number but it is no longer on the homepage when I login.

Hi everyone. I just got an offer for St. John's for the surgery unit. Does anyone know what this is referring to? The main OR? Med surg? The recruiter wasn't very clear nor have I received an offer via email yet. Thanks

just got an offer from Burbank but I didn't pass my NCLEX... any chance they would let me start in the Jan cohort? anyone have any experience with this

Let you educator/recruiter know, they can make it work. I had a personal issue and I couldn't start the last cohort and they hold my position for this up coming cohort. It is for a different location though, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Good luck!

Are you having a hard time getting ahold of your recruiter or is it just me?

Is anyone else having trouble with the logging into their onboarding accounts? I have already turned in all the initial documents and had my background check approved and health screening scheduled. However I just passed my NCLEX and when I went to upload my license to my account it said my credentials could not be verified and when I went back to my offer letter it even said I could no longer access the link because it had been declined even though I've accepted the offer and already turned in most of the onboarding documentation. I'm really hoping this is just a mistake but please let me know if anyone has experienced anything similar.

Did you communicate with them that you were taking your NCLEX around this time? 

They gave me a deadline to meet so I had to take my NCLEX sooner than expected.
