Hello everyone!

I wanted to create a forum for those applying to Providence TIP program for the September 2023 cohort. I know the application opens soon, so I wanted to create this forum so we can discuss the application process, interviews, etc.

Nope, nothing yet. I mean I guess they need to send the schedules to us this week right? LOL

I think it varies widely by hospital!

St Jude in Fullerton had a Q&A yesterday with the first-week schedule, and I've had preceptors assigned to me with shifts for the first month sent to me through email last night,

Did your unit's core leader or nurse educator email you the schedule? So far I've only received the email from HR that includes details about for day 1

It was one of the clinical coordinators! I know they haven't sent it out for every unit, because they're still trying to get everyone matched up to preceptors.

Hi can someone at PLCOMT or san pedro confirm we are online the first couple hours on Monday then meeting in torrance in the afternoon. The emails are kind of confusing.

Anyone at PSJMC know if when we meet in person on Monday if we need to wear scrubs?

In the email I got she said to wear scrubs to all in person days! 

 

Also does anyone for Saint John's know where we're supposed to park?

Yes, we are online from 7:30am until 10:30am, then should be onsite in Torrance by 12:30pm.
