Providence TIP September 2022

Hi all! I applied yesterday to the Providence TIP for SoCal (specifically at Holy Cross) and immediately got a text interview request. The text interview was clarifying that I'll be able to take the NCLEX in time, what units I want to work for, etc. Right after I submitted that I got an interview request!

I had a different one! But that’s very true! Which units did you apply to?

Sepsis/med surg tele, float pool med surg, and ortho med surg!

I applied last minute and have an interview tomorrow. This thread made me very anxious about the case study and prioritization question. Do we explain why for each of our steps for prioritization?

Yes so hi! Im a TIP new grad RN and for prioritization, you give them a rationale of why you picked the order you chose.

I heard from someone that has a family member currently in the new grad program at St. Joseph, and said they pay her $37/hour. I don’t know what they will offer this cohort.
