Providence TIP September 2022

Hi all! I applied yesterday to the Providence TIP for SoCal (specifically at Holy Cross) and immediately got a text interview request. The text interview was clarifying that I'll be able to take the NCLEX in time, what units I want to work for, etc. Right after I submitted that I got an interview request!

I just checked my portal out of curiosity and it said I'm still on the "interview-scheduled" step. Anyone else have something different?

Mine says the same as well.

Did anyone's taleo update with a new submission titled "RN I - unit you applied to (Resident)" with a submission status that says interview complete?

I was reading through threads from the last TIP application cycle and some people said their portal updated with this 2-3 days before they got an official employment offer. I just interviewed yesterday morning.

Congrats! Yes that means your getting an offer! what hospital and unit?

That's what I'm hoping! Trying not to get my hopes up too much just in case. It's for the ED at mission hospital

Thanks! We'll see if they actually extend an offer because I'm wondering if they just add that on your portal when it's sent to your desired unit's hiring manager or something? And the ED at mission hospital!

Congratulations, and I have applied to enough hospitals to know that your status updates to “in review” when sent to the hiring manager. You don’t get an update with a positional title unless you actually have it. Celebrate!!

Same here, but looking back at the previous threads, a lot of people’s didn’t update until about a week after the interview. We got this! I also heard that OC locations prepare offers sooner than LA locations.

Mine hasn't either. It still says interview step scheduled. I wouldnt be too worried RN bc it is the long weekend!

I love having other people that I can worry about this with!! LOL. That's an interesting observation though. With their organization being so big I assumed not all the hospitals do things the exact same.

Anyones application status changed over the weekend?? I cant help but keep checking I am just eager to know LOL
